Hotfix Patch Notes Forms Update

Hey everyone,

We shipped the new Forms feature just a few days ago and we’ve been closely monitoring your feedback. Thank you for sending it in so quickly! We’ve already pushed a hotfix that addresses the most important points you raised.

What’s New:

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy Support

  • You can now attach your Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy directly in Form Settings.
  • A new checkbox appears at the end of the form asking your clients to agree.
  • You can fully enable or disable these requirements in the settings.
  • If no file or link is added, the section won’t appear — keeping the form clean when it’s not needed.

Login Requirement Options

  • Added a third option when sending a form: “For internal/partner use”.
  • This allows forms to be used internally or between partner companies without forcing a sign-up or login.
  • Perfect for situations where you’re exchanging client information with other service providers.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed form expiration bug that occurred when no email association was present.
  • Resolved an issue where brand colors and theming were only being applied to individual forms instead of company-wide.
  • Updated and clarified several pieces of wording throughout the form flow for better clarity.

Developer Notes

We noticed very quickly that many of you are using Forms in creative ways we hadn’t fully anticipated - especially when collaborating with partner firms on the same client.
This hotfix was built specifically to support those workflows while keeping the experience smooth and secure. The hotfix is now live for all users.

As always, if anything still feels off or you have more ideas, drop them in the comments or reach out to support. We’re iterating fast and your feedback directly shapes what comes next.
