Binderr is an independent online marketplace that helps business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs find the right professional service providers for their needs.
We are a technology platform. We do not deliver professional services ourselves. What we do is identify demand, understand each user's specific requirements, and use our matching technology to connect them with licensed, independent third-party providers best suited to help them — across company formation, business banking, payments, insurance, accounting, tax, legal, compliance, and other professional services.
Our role begins when a founder is trying to figure out which provider to work with. Our role ends when we've introduced them to the right fit. The actual work — registering a company, opening a bank account, issuing an insurance policy, filing tax returns — is always carried out by the independent, licensed provider.
Binderr is not a government agency, government authority, public registry, regulatory body, or any official channel of any kind.
Binderr is also not a service provider. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, corporate service provider, bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, insurer, tax advisor, or regulated financial services firm.
Binderr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or acting on behalf of:
We do not issue government documents, trade licences, incorporation certificates, banking credentials, insurance policies, tax registrations, or any other official documents or regulated products. We do not submit applications to government or regulatory bodies on behalf of users. We do not hold client funds. We do not provide advice of any kind — legal, financial, tax, insurance, or otherwise.
Binderr is a discovery and matching platform. Users come to us knowing they need help with something — setting up a company, opening a business bank account, getting business insurance, finding an accountant in a new jurisdiction, handling international payments, navigating compliance — but not knowing which provider to work with.
Our platform helps them:
Once a user selects a provider, their contract for the service is directly with that provider — not with Binderr. The provider delivers the service. Binderr's role is to help the user find the right provider in the first place.
The Binderr marketplace covers a range of professional services that founders and business owners typically need when building and running a business internationally. These include (but are not limited to):
All of these services are delivered by independent providers listed on our marketplace. Each provider is licensed, regulated, and authorised to deliver the services they offer in the jurisdictions they operate in.
Every service advertised on Binderr is delivered by a licensed, independent third-party provider. Examples of who does what:
In every case, the relationship that delivers the service is between the user and the licensed provider — not Binderr.
The articles, guides, comparison tables, and other informational content published on Binderr are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. Information about jurisdictions, services, costs, and processes is provided to help users understand the general landscape before engaging a provider.
Laws, regulations, fees, and processes change frequently. Before making any decision based on information published on Binderr, users should consult directly with a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction, including through the licensed providers available on our marketplace.
Binderr uses technology to help match users with suitable providers. This matching is based on factors such as the user's jurisdiction, service requirements, business type, and preferences. Matching is a recommendation, not a guarantee — users remain fully responsible for selecting the provider they wish to work with and for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any provider.
Providers listed on Binderr are independent businesses. Binderr may receive a commission, referral fee, listing fee, or other commercial compensation from providers when users engage their services through our marketplace. These commercial arrangements do not affect the price a user pays — provider pricing on Binderr reflects the pricing the provider charges directly.
We list providers based on their licensing status, service offering, track record, and suitability for the jurisdictions and service categories we cover. Listing on Binderr does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a provider's services. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any provider.
Binderr lists providers operating across multiple jurisdictions, including but not limited to: the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Seychelles, and the United States.
The availability of specific providers, services, and jurisdictions on Binderr may change from time to time. Listing a jurisdiction does not imply that every service is available in every jurisdiction, or that Binderr endorses operating in any particular location.
